Europe 3 - Germany, Denmark and Poland
 We
just returned from Krakow, Poland after a trip to Denmark and
Northern Germany. The rental car has turned out to be a great
decision (even with gas at $6 gallon in Denmark) for the last
month of travel in Europe. We parked the car in Berlin
for the 6 nights that we were in Poland. I worried about it
parked there but it was safe and sound on our return. We
next drive south through Germany to Austria and
Switzerland. We'll park the car at the border of the Czech
Republic and take a train to Prague for the day. Rental cars
cannot be taken into the former East Block from most
companies.
