Overall Itinerary Itinerary - Europe - May 12 to June 24May 12-15Arrive in Berlin late afternoon. Tour Berlin on an open top bus. Spend our other days at museums and walking around in the cold and rain. May 16Drive through northern Germany to Denmark. Spend the night in Billund home to the Lego Corp and Legoland Amusement Park. May 17Spend the day at Legoland. May 18-19Drive to Copenhagen. Spend the days walking around the city. May 20Take a ferry across from Denmark to Germany. Spend the day and night in Kubick. May 21Return to Berlin, via Schwerin, for the overnight train to Krakow, Poland May 22-26Explore Krakow. Visit the nearby Salt mine with it’s underground city, Auschwitz, and the Black Madonna in C-----. Overnight train back to Berlin. May 27-28Drive to Dresden. Tour the city and area May 29-30Drive to a border crossing near the Czech Republic and visit Prague. May 31-June 1Drive to Vienna and tour the city June 2-3Drive across Austria, touring, ending in Salzburg June 4-5-6Visit with friends in Chur and Cavadurli, Switzerland June 7Drive through Liechtenstein to Fusser to see “Mad Ludwig’s Castle” in Neuschwanstein, Germany. It is the castle always photographed for fairytales. June 8-9Cross Bavaria to Strasbourg in Alsace-Lorraine where the Dibling family came from. June 10-11-12Drive north making our way to Holland via Luxenbourg. June 13Arrive in Amsterdam to meet Debbie Jackson, Clair and Phil June 14-20Stay at two Hoseason Holiday Parks while touring Holland. June 21-22Drive to Bruges, Belgium. Tour the city and area. June 23-23Fly to London for two nights. June 24Depart on the Queen Mary for New York City |
